Use a soft ruler to make a single circle around the thinnest part of your wrist (where you wear the watch), close to the skin without being loose or tight. There is no need to leave any space for yourself, the length of one circle is the size of the hand circumference.
Method② Line + ruler
Use the thread on the thinnest part of the wrist (where the watch is worn), close it to the skin without being loose or tight, and wrap it around once without leaving any space. Mark the intersection, or cut it out, and measure the length of the line with a rule.
Method③ Use the paper sizer
• Cut out the wrist filter paper and follow the instructions below.
• Make sure the numbers are on the outside of the wrist filter paper and insert the tip into the opening marked [Cut here] on the other end of the wrist filter.
• Place your hand on the wrist filter and pull on the tip until it fits snugly around your wrist.
• The number aligned with the edge of the opening is your wrist size.
